Directions

To cool, place the sachet in the freezer for 2 hours, and to reheat it, put it in the microwave in intervals of 10 seconds until it reaches the desired temperature. The sachet can be shaped to fit the body for effective treatment and stays cold or hot for 2 hours at room temperature.
